Life can be challenging at times. It can be difficult to find a balance and keep on top of everything asked of you. This happens to us all from a young age and throughout adulthood. Therefore, it is our hope that this book can focus on highlighting other important parts of our life. This book has been designed in a way to show ways in which we can focus our energy. We hope that this book can highlight the effects of Mental Health and to also help encourage alternative routes of help for those that need it. It should not just be directed towards only hard work. We also need to focus it on ourselves in our bodies and minds. We cannot hope to achieve our full potential without having our mind working as best it can. To do this also requires a focus inwards at ourselves. We hope this book can help with these issues and help get the focus changed onto Mental Wellness instead.
